We simplify the loan process. On average, Team Heard loan officers have more than 15 years of experience in mortgage lending in San Antonio, TX and the surrounding area. Seriously, one of the toughest and hardest working mortgage lending teams we have ever worked with! My real estate company has exclusively worked with John and Norma Heard for the last 12 years with extreme success for our clients. They not only give them the most competitive rates and lowest closing cost that we have seen, but they also know how to really fight for our military clients and regular clients to get over hurdles that most lenders could not.
