As a Military family we trusted John because he is a former Marine and upon meeting this fine young man, it quickly became apparent that he was savvy, and knowledgeable. We’d never bought a house before ( having moved 11 times in 16 (!) years it hardly seemed practical to buy ) so, when we retired to San Antonio, the time was right and Mr. Heard guided us every step of the way. Being home buying novices we knew NOTHING about Mortgages (what’s an escrow? LOL), But John was always kind and patient no matter how many questions we had, and we ALWAYS felt he was on our side.
